Public Relations Specialist (PR)
Job Describtions
- Welcome, care for, and facilitate the convenience of both Thai and foreign patients.
- Inform patients about various clinic promotions to help boost sales.
- Manage patient appointments, rescheduling, confirming, and canceling appointments.
- Maintain patient records and manage the patient registration system.
- Coordinate communication between dentists and patients.
- Respond to questions on social media and clinic emails.
- Collect treatment fees, service charges, including medication payments.
- Summarize accounts.
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Dental Assistant
Job Descriptions
- Assist the dentist in various dental treatments.
- Clean and sterilize dental instruments, prepare equipment, and ensure the dental room is ready for use.
- Provide convenience to patients while they are in the dental room.
- Follow work procedures and infection control measures.
- Present products, and prices, and explain information to patients.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
Training
Training is offered to all new employees. During the training, employees are familiarized with the working environment they will become part of. Employees also get a hands-on experience using equipment, tools, materials, etc.
